- Only one division per gender (Men/Women): Open Division
- No Qualification: Specific requirements will appear during the competition.
- No Cuts: Everyone competes to win.
- Prize Money: Awarded from 1st to 10th place.
- Participants: 32 Men | 32 Women
We expect male athletes to demonstrate proficiency in all movements within the sport of CrossFit, including:
- Barbell movements
- Gymnastics on the bar (e.g., pull-ups, chest-to-bar, muscle-ups)
- Bodyweight movements
- Ring movements (e.g., muscle-ups)
- Strict variations of movements
- Back Squat: 130/90 kg or more, for multiple repetitions
- Overhead Squat: 90/65 kg or more for few reps
- Odd Object Movements: Sandbag and D-ball movements may appear in the competition
